Magic Pill

Magic pill, cheap thrill. This emptiness I am looking to fill. This pain I am seeking to kill. Cravings demand the mind to expand beyond the usual bland. I am close to another dose. I make a call, another mistake and yet another fall. What am I worth anyways? This life is all a meaningless haze. Please ease the pain in this world so insane. So now with a weakened will, I ingest the lovely magic pill. My system welcomes the intrusion. My mind entertains an illusion. Forget the fret. Make blurry the worry, for it is now alright…
