Not much more to report since day 2. This means things are continuing to go well. I have not quite made it to the fruit and vegetable stage yet. I will try to move toward this more this weekend. I have had 2 good workouts (sweating) at the gym (strength training). No issue with a lack of energy, on the contrary. I am looking forward to this Sunday. I am planning to be at crandon park at the bay with some friends. I expect to be involved in many sports activity. (skimming, skating, frisbee, volleyball etc.) I hope to get many good pics of the event which I may post some in a future journal entry.
