Work Out

I am at home and I decide to go to the gym. I make the usual preparations like chose the proper attire to wear and the music I will be listening to. I take my water bottle and my work out gloves. I find an open space inside the gym and I begin to stretch and warm up. I plan to focus on a couple of muscle parts as I finish my warming up. I begin slow and methodically with light weight. I gradually increase the intensity within the next few minutes. I start to breath heavier and sweat a little bit. I gain some motivation as I feel the pump in the muscles I am working on. I push myself to complete about 10 reps maintaining the proper form and technique. I am some what past half my session when I feel out of breath. I say to myself "I am lacking energy and motivation." This is a pivotal moment. I could either cruise to a false finish line, or dig into my reserves and finish strong. Among all the distractions the gym has to offer I face this dilemma…
